I was listening to your show when you talked about the importance of being inspirational to others and wanted to share something I did. Thanks to the continuous great service I've received at my local pharmacy, I hand wrote a letter to the whole pharmacy team telling them how wonderful they are and how much I appreciate them. I sent the letter, not thinking much about it.
