I've been married for 26 years to a wonderful man who works sometimes 70 to 80 hours a week as a surgeon. Early in our marriage I would start nagging him when 6 p.m. rolled around with "When will you be home?" or "How much longer?" or "Dinner's ready, I'm waiting." If his reply wasn't what I wanted to hear, I'd text back a sad face or something else to indicate my displeasure.
