You Lead, I’ll Follow

Dear Dr Laura, back when I was a teenager, I spent a lot of time in my dad’s automotive repair shop. The radio was always on to keep my dad company. I remember hearing the Dr. Laura program and how you used to close with “Now, go take on the day.” You became a familiar voice in that little shop. Time went on, I grew up, got married and did all of the usual things that people do, and those days in my dad’s garage became a distant memory.
